We provide a regionalized team to proactively identify problems and provide solutions. We also actively seek to support service providers with planning and analyzing for future network expansion.
Our management teams have the experiences to direct and oversee a tower build-out of any magnitude nationally, and ensuring existing towers to be on air as per customer’s expectations. We have eliminated the traditional contractor learning curve by building localized cooperation with subcontractors and vendors. Our rigorous KPI enables us to effectively select among our partners in the completion of various projects regionally. As a result, we are able to complete our tasks at faster cycle times and improved quality control (ie. an average of 100 -120 days to construct a macro tower).
24/7 services web-Based Ticketing System
In order to streamline our process and improve our quality service, all trouble tickets pertaining to our towers are managed from a single 24/7 centralized web-based ticketing system that automatically send sms features to dispatch field personnel when trouble occurs. All historical data pertaining to the trouble tickets are stored at one central server. This information is then investigated further to understand the nature of the problems, and for us to undertake preventive maintenance.
We have an in-house RF planning team and qualified contractors as our partners, who will ensure the accuracy of the location originally requested by service providers during our site acquisition process.
Cooperation with Local Government
We have strong cooperation with local government and local community in multiple different areas, and expand further. We will be the conduit to get your tower site successfully approved through zoning and permitting requirements that vary from city to city, county to county, and state to state across Indonesia.
